Upload the Plugin
Get started by installing the ChatLola plugin to your WordPress site through the admin dashboard.
Instructions
Navigate to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Select the latest chatlola-plugin-*.zip file and click install. The plugin will be uploaded and ready for activation.
Activate Plugin
Enable ChatLola on your website by activating the plugin after successful installation.
Instructions
After installation completes, click the Activate button to enable ChatLola on your site. You'll see the plugin appear in your active plugins list and the ChatLola menu will be available in your admin sidebar.
Register Your Site
Create your unique Client ID by registering your business information with ChatLola's system.
Instructions
Go to ChatLola AI → Registration in your WordPress admin. Fill in your business information including name, website, and industry. Click generate to create your unique Client ID - this only needs to be done once per site.
Web Scraping Setup
Train your chatbot by scraping your website content. Input your domain and let ChatLola discover and learn from your pages.
Instructions
Go to ChatLola AI → Web Scraping. Enter your full website URL including https:// (e.g., https://yoursite.com). ChatLola will automatically discover all your pages. Select the pages you want to scrape and click Start Scraping. Note: Scraping may take several minutes if you select many pages.
Configure Settings
Customize your chatbot's appearance, behavior, and responses to match your brand and business needs.
Instructions
Navigate to ChatLola AI → Settings. Adjust your business sector, choose your preferred theme and colors, select language preferences, and craft your welcome message. Preview changes in real-time.
Launch Chatbot
Your AI chatbot is now trained and ready to engage with visitors using your website's content and knowledge.

Once web scraping is complete and settings are configured, the chat widget will automatically appear on your site. Your chatbot is now trained with your website content and ready to answer visitor questions intelligently. Monitor interactions through ChatLola AI → Dashboard.
